1. What services does AfroConstruct offer?
AfroConstruct connects African immigrants in the United States, Canada and elsewhere abroad directly to suppliers and manufacturers of building and home remodeling materials in their respective countries of origin.
2. Does AfroConstruct ship to residences?
Yes, our sellers normally ship directly to construction sites and other locations as specified by a customer. Please check seller’s store frontend on our marketplace for more information on shipping.
3. What is the return policy for AfroConstruct?
The item has to be returned within a period of 14 days after the day on which the customer received products. More information can be found here.
4. Which forms of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Amazon Pay, Bank Deposit and wire transfers.
5. Does Afroconstruct provides any installation services?
Unfortunately we do not provide installation services at the moment. We do recommend hiring professional installers in your area.

7. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost is calculated by suppliers/vendors based on the weight of your order and the distance it has to travel. Once an order is placed, suppliers send a quote for the shipping cost of any product you order and you will receive the final invoice via email. You can always call us at +1 (800) 416-1854 and have a customer service representative assist you on shipping cost for the product prior to placing the order.
8. Where can I find my tracking information?
If your order has shipped and tracking is not yet available please send a message requesting an update using the “Contact Seller” or “Contact Us” on our contact page
9. When will my order arrive?
Once an order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address linked to your AfroConstruct account. If you have not yet received this, please check your junk/spam mail. 10. What types of shipping options do you offer?
Delivery options vary by seller and item. Delivery options include:
- Sellers shipment
- Direct delivery to your construction site, your home or any designated location
- Free shipping on specified products by sellers
- Pick up from store by customer
11. What is the status of my refund?
If you request a refund for your order and have not received a refund confirmation please submit to us with the order number and return tracking information. If you have received a refund confirmation email and 3-5 business days have passed, please contact your bank or credit card company for further assistance. To verify which card your refund was issued to, you can review your order details in the order section of your profile.
12. Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping rates vary by seller and product. To confirm whether an item has free shipping, simply look for the “Free Shipping” on check out page. The shipping cost will reflect in the “order review” section. If there is extra shipping fee based on the distance the product is traveling, the type of product, the type of delivery service selected, among other factors, the seller will notify you with the final invoice
